I have developed a system which operates on a base price principle for a pre-written ceremony. My fee for a custom written ceremony is charged at a rate of $40 per hour but this sum is capped at 5 hrs so you are guaranteed not to pay any more than the base fee + $200 for a custom ceremony. So if it takes 1 hour to write your ceremony your fee will be the base price + $40 and if it takes 10 hours to write your ceremony your fee will be the base price + $200 and not a cent more! BOOKING FEE $150
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure a date and time for your ceremony. The balance of the fee is required 7 days prior to the ceremony. NB The Booking Fee forms part of the overall quoted price and is not additional.
REFUND POLICY
The Booking Fee is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your ceremony a proportion of the balance of fees paid may be refunded dependent on circumstance and the amount of time already spent on preparation.
DISCOUNTS
I offer a 15% discount on ceremony fees for holders of a Commonwealth Concession Card (Pensioner or Unemployed).
TRAVEL CHARGES
A surcharge will apply to travel in excess of 100kms round trip at a rate of $0.50 per km. Non Vehicle travel costs eg air travel & accommodation outside the city of Melbourne will be at clients expense.
